Jon Cagan was born in the great state of Florida. Jon is sports fanatic and combines his competitive nature with his passion for the law to work tirelessly and aggressively representing his client’s interest.

Upon graduation from law school, Jon worked at the State Attorney’s Office in Bartow, Florida. After a short time as an assistant state attorney, he moved on to work as staff counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, where he handled thousands of Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) cases among other duties and legal matters.

Jon spent time working as an associate attorney for a prestigious law firm in downtown Tampa where he represented plaintiff medical providers against the injustices of the insurance companies.

Jon enjoys the role of representing the underdog versus the vast resources of the insurance company and relishes an opportunity to fight on his client’s behalf.

Jon’s hobbies include playing basketball, bbq, and going to the beach. He is a people person and invites you to call him directly with your legal questions and concerns.
